At the meeting of the hoard April 12, 1910, the secretar}^ was directed to secure from Judge Harker, the counsel of the board, a form of lease to be used in acquiring b}^ lease, lands to be used by the Experiment Station. • . EXPERIMENT FIELD LEASE.

Between 19 of the first part and the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois of the second part. WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the covenants hereinafter mentioned, to be kept and performed by the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, has leased to the party of the second part for the purpose of agricultural experimentation the following described premises, to-wit: To HAVE AND TO HOLD, The above described premises with all appurtenance thereto belonging, from the day of 19 ,. until'the . . . . d a y of ...of 1 9 . . . .
