1909] PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. PAVEMENT OF FOURTH STREET. 469 President Abbott presented an assessment made by the city of Champaign for the cost of paving Fourth street along the University grounds. On motion, the matter was referred to the Committee on Buildings and Grounds for report. The minutes of the meetings of July 14th and 21st, with a change -as follows were approved: The salary of Joseph Wiehr (p. 216) from $1,100 to $1,200. The board adjourned. F. G.
