Dr. O. G. This additional house is necessary in order to give sufficient room for the carrying out of our floricultural experiments, now in progress. The building would be located just 14 feet south of the present structures. For the purpose of constructing these houses, there should be appropriated from our special State funds for floriculture, $4,500.00, or as much thereof as is necessary for this undertaking.
