F o r an Act m a k i n g appropriation for the erection of buildings for t h e University of Illinois. . WHEREAS, T h e University of Illinois h a s grown, with such g r e a t rapidity as to o u t r u n all facilities in building and equipment which have been t h u s far provided; and, WHEREAS, T h e t r u s t e e s r e p r e s e n t t h a t they need now for t h e present work of t h e institution, a m o n g others, t h e following buildings and equipment, costing approximately t h e sum set opposite the same, n a m e l y : 1. A d m i n i s t r a t i o n building, two h u n d r e d and fifty t h o u s a n d dollars $250,000 00 2. Armory, one h u n d r e d and fifty t h o u s a n d dollars 150,000 00 3.
