Meeeting of April 23, 1908.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Palmer House in Chicago, April 23, 1908, pursuant to the following notice which was sent out by the secretary, April 17, 1908: Upon the call of the President, Mr. W. L. Abbott, there will be a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at the Palmer House in Chicago, at 9:00 o'clock a. m., April 23, 1908, to authorize conferring degrees upon those to be graduated that day from the School of Pharmacy and to consider such other subjects as may be duly presented. When the board met pursuant to this call the following members were present: Messrs. Abbott, Blair, Hatch, Lehman and Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Alexander, and Mrs. Busey; absent, Governor Deneen and Dr. Davison. Mr. Madden came in a little later. President James was present.

MATTERS PRESENTED BY PRESIDENT JAMES.

The President of the University .submitted the following matters for consideration: SCHOOL OF PHARMACY GRADUATES. 1, The following named persons have been approved by the faculty of the School of Pharmacy for graduation in pharmacy and to receive certificates.
