Treasurer, The Secretary also presented a letter from Mr. J. B. Forgan, Vice President of the First National Bank, Chicago, stating that there had been paid Mr. Haugan, Treasurer of the University, in final settlement of the treasurership of Mr. E. G. Keith, $620.15, and that there had been given him eleven vouchers (paid warrants), amounting to $215.03, a total of $835.18, which is the balance which was reported at the September meeting of the Board. Mr. Haugan's report for the year ending September 30, -1905, printed above, shows the receipt of the cash, $620.15, and the Secretary has received from Mr. Haugan a letter stating that he had received the warrants named in Mr. Forgan's communication.
