B. Forgan, Vice President of the First National Bank, Chicago, stating that there had been paid Mr. Haugan, Treasurer of the University, in final settlement of the treasurership of Mr. E. G. Keith, $620.15, and that there had been given him eleven vouchers (paid warrants), amounting to $215.03, a total of $835.18, which is the balance which was reported at the September meeting of the Board. Mr. Haugan's report for the year ending September 30, -1905, printed above, shows the receipt of the cash, $620.15, and the Secretary has received from Mr. Haugan a letter stating that he had received the warrants named in Mr. Forgan's communication. SECURITIES HELD BY MR. HAUGAN. H. A. HAUGAN, The Secretary presented the following letter from Mr. H. A. Haugan, Treasurer of the University, and also the list of securities accompanying the letter: CHICAGO, Dec. 12, 1905. W. L. Pillsbury, Esq., Secretary University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois: DEAR SIR—I send you herewith a complete list of the securities now held by me for account of the University of Illinois, and have made the list in detail, so that each item may he readily identified.
