to the public road running east and west north of the cemetery, that it has considered the matter and recommends the passage of the following resolution as the action of this board. Resolved, That as the Attorney General has ruled that a State institution cannot dedicate land for a public highway through State property, it is hereby ordered that the gate at the south end of Burrill avenue be opened temporarily till further ordered by the board, with the understanding that only light travel be allowed on this roadway and that no funeral processions are authorized to traverse the roadway at any time. If to the superintendent of grounds it appears necessary to do so, he may cause signs to be put up on the roadway bearing notices of this purpose to the public. Respectfully submitted,
