282 UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS. [Oct. 20 Session of Friday, October 20, 1905. When the Board met, pursuant to adjournment, the following members were present: Messrs. Bullard, Davison, Kerrick, McKinley, and McLean and Mrs. Alexander, Mrs. Busey and Mrs. Evans; absent, Governor Deneen, and Messrs. Abbott, Barber and Bayliss. President James was present. MATTERS PRESENTED BY PRESIDENT JAMES. Upon the recommendation of President James, the salary of George A. Huff, Director of Physical Training for Men, was made $21,500 a year, for the year beginning September 1, 1905. STATE WATER SUPPLY. The budget of the State Water Survey for two years from.
