Approved. M r s . Alexander moved that $ i o o be added to the salary of Professor H u g h e s and the motion was referred to the President. CLERK FOR HIGH SCHOOL VISITOR. 19. That the sum of $600 be appropriated for a clerk and stenographer in the office of the High School Visitor. Approved. REGULATIONS FOR CLUB ROOMS IN WOMAN'S HALL. 20. The Head of the Woman's Hall has submitted the following preliminary regulations for the use of the Club Rooms in Woman's Hall. (a) The Club Rooms are for the use of women students of the University, and with the exception of general University functions are open to women only. (b) Any woman registered in the University is, by virtue of her registration, entitled to the privileges of the Club Rooms upon registering with the Head of the Woman's Hall and taking out a card of admission. Such card may be withdrawn for any abuse of the privileges it confers. (c) Alumnae of the University and ex-students who left the University in good standing may enjoy the privileges of the Club Rooms upon registering with the Head of Woman's Hall and taking out a card of admission as prescribed in the case of undergraduates. (d) The wives of members of the Faculty and all women connected with the educational work and administrative offices of the University shall be entitled to the privileges of the Club Rooms upon registration with the Head of the Woman's Hall and taking out the card of admission as prescribed for undergraduates. (e) Women students may obtain the privileges of the Club Rooms for visiting friends by applying at the office of the Head of the Woman's Hall. They may introduce friends for one day by entering their names in the register; provided that no resident of Champaign or Urbana shall be introduced oftener than once a semester. (f) The Club Rooms will be open from 8:00 a. m. to 5:30 p. m.
