EXTENSION OF WATEH MAINS. Upon the recommendation of the Committee on Buildings and Grounds, it was voted to extend the six-inch water main frqm the Agricultural Building to the new farm buildings and to connect with the Woman's Building, and the sum of $3,000, or so much thereof as might be needed, was appropriated therefor.
