The following resolutions were adopted:

AUTHORITY TO I S S U E EEQUISITIONS.

Besolved, That the President and Secretary be directed to draw upon the Auditor of Public Accounts such requisitions as the law requires in order that he may issue to the Treasurer of the University his warrants upon the said Treasurer for the sums of money appropriated by the Legislature to the University of Illinois or to any of its departments.

AUTHORITY TO RECEIVE MONEYS.

Besolved, That the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is hereby authorized to receive and receipt for all moneys, and to endorse all orders, drafts, and checks due and payable to the said Board of Trustees, or to the said University of Illinois, and especially all drafts drawn by the Treasurer of the United States, payable to the said Board of Trustees, or to the said University of Illinois, on account of the Agricultural Experiment Station of the said University.

The Secretary presented reports from the Registrar of fees due from students of the University and the Preparatory School for the first semester of 1902-03, and they were referred to the Finance Committee*
