A bill from the City of Urbana for sewer tax due on account of the sewer in Mathews avenue, was referred to the Finance Committee, with power to act, ordering the payment of either the full amount of the tax or of so much as was already past due. The request of the Trustees of School District No. 6(5, in Pope County, Minn., asking the University to donate one acre for a school site in the southeast corner of Section 21, T. 124, R. 36, Pope County, Minn., was granted, and the President and Secretary of the Board were authorized to make a deed for the tract of land to the Trustees of said School District No. 66, the same to revert to the then owner of the land adjacent to said Section 21 when it should no longer be used as a school house site.
