T h e Secretary was directed to send a copy of t h e resolution t o e a c h m e m b e r of t h e 40th G e n e r a l Assembly. T h e bill of M a n n , H a y e s & Miller for legal services, a m o u n t i n g t o $835.00, was ordered paid on t h e following vote: Ayes—Messrs. A r m s t r o n g . R a y m o n d . Bullard, S m i t h , a n d M c K a y . N o e s — M o r r i s o n a n d M r s . Flower. T h e finance c o m m i t t e e filed t h e following r e p o r t :

GENTLEMEN:—Your Committee on Finance begs leave to report that it has examined the vouchers submitted by the Business Manager on which University warrants Nos. 1,201 to 1,881, inclusive; Agricultural Experiment Station warrants Nos. 201 to 279, inclusive; Laboratory of Natural History warrants Nos. 162 to 246, inclusive; and School of Pharmacy warrants Nos. 103 to 159, inclusive, have been issued, and has found the same correct and duly receipted.
