F l o w e r ; those absent were G o v e r n o r Altgeld, Messrs. I n g l i s a n d Judy. T h e m i n u t e s of t h e last m e e t i n g were approved as p r e s e n t e d b y t h e Secretary. Mr. G r a h a m s u g g e s t e d t h a t i n r e c o r d i n g t h e m i n u t e s it b e stated, after t h e list of c o m m i t t e e s on p a g e 74, t h a t t h e last n a m e d committee, t h a t on S t u d e n t s ' Welfare, was a new committee. T h e P r e s i d e n t p r e s e n t e d h i s report.
