T h e B o a r d of T r u s t e e s of t h e U n i v e r s i t y of I l l i n o i s m e t i n t h e U n i v e r s i t y parlor, U r b a n a , Illinois, at 3 o'clock p . m., T u e s d a y , J u n e 11, 1895. T h e m e m b e r s p r e s e n t were Messrs. A r m s t r o n g , B u l l a r d , G r a h a m , M c L e a n , M o r g a n Morrison, a n d R a y m o n d , a n d M r s . S m i t h a n d M r s . F l o w e r ; those absent were G o v e r n o r Altgeld, Messrs. I n g l i s a n d Judy. T h e m i n u t e s of t h e last m e e t i n g were approved as p r e s e n t e d b y t h e Secretary. Mr. G r a h a m s u g g e s t e d t h a t i n r e c o r d i n g t h e m i n u t e s it b e stated, after t h e list of c o m m i t t e e s on p a g e 74, t h a t t h e last n a m e d committee, t h a t on S t u d e n t s ' Welfare, was a new committee. T h e P r e s i d e n t p r e s e n t e d h i s report.
