The Board adopted the address, and Messrs. McLean, Raymond, and Pillsbury were appointed a committee to publish the address with instructions to expend a sum not to exceed $250.00 for that purpose. On motion of Mr. Armstrong, it was voted to reconsider the motion by which the report of the committee on legislative appropriations (see page 50) made at the December meeting of the Board, was approved. After a discussion covering the whole of the morning session the list of appropriations to be asked for was amended to read as follows, and the report of the committee so amended was adopted:
