PROCEEDINGS OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES. 185 and for supervision of the construction of the building, if in their opinion he has judgment and experience to satisfy his employment in that capacity, and if not to make such other arrangement for architectural assistance and for the erection of the building as it may think proper; and that the committee shall then proceed to secure bids for the construction and make a contract therefor which shall be as favorable to the University as possible, and report all proceedings to this Board whenever practicable. I t was t h e n voted to reconsider t h e m o t i o n b y w h i c h t h e B o a r d h a d voted to a d j o u r n w h e n it a d j o u r n e d to meet in Springfield, S e p t e m b e r 25th, a n d t h e original motion was t h e r e u p o n lost.
