The Board of Direction asks that the Trustees appropriate Experiment Station funds to meet these estimates. The Board also reports that it has adopted the following resolutions with regard to experiments with Indian corn: Besolved, That the Station staff of the Illinois Experiment Station recognizes in Indian corn the most valuable food crop of temperate regions; and. inasmuch as the State of Illinois is in the center of the great corn region or the world, it is further
