The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois met in t h e University Parlor, in Urbana, at 3 o'clock p. m., Tuesday, June 5, 1894. There were present Messrs. Armstrong, Bullard, Graham, McKay, McLean, and Raymond; absent, Governor Altgeld, and Messrs. Bryant, Gore, Morgan, Morrison, and Raab. The regent presented his report:
