242 UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS. On motion of Mr. McLean, Mr. Morgan and Dr. Burrill were appointed a committee to present this invitation to Mrs. Palmer. The same committee was also instructed to ask Dr. Draper to be present at commencement and deliver an address. On motion of Mr. McLean, $200 was appropriated from current funds r for board expenses.
