Spalding, shows $33,377.50 cash on hand belonging to t h e endowment fund, we recommend t h a t the said amount be invested in bonds within t h e next t h i r t y days, if practicable; and t h a t hereafter, whenever bonds are redeemed t h e proceeds jDe re-invested as soon as may be.
