ILLINOIS INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY, URBANA, I I I . , October 15, 1880. HON. SHELBY M. CULLOM, Governor of Illinois: In compliance with legal requisition, I have the honor to submit herewith the Tenth Keport of the Board of- Trustees of the Illinois Industrial University, for the twro years ending August 31, 1880, with accompanying papers. Seven annual reports had been made when the law was changed requiring them to be biennially presented. Thirteen years have therefore passed since the founding of the University.
