MINUTES OF MEETINGS OF EXECUTIVE JULY MEETING, 1869. COMMITTEE, UNIVERSITY BUILDING, URBANA, ILLINOIS, July 1th, 1869. The Executive Committee held its regular monthly meeting in the old Library room, Judge Cunningham in the Chair, in the absence of the Regent. On motion of Judge Brown, Prof. William M. Baker was elected Regent, pro tempore, in accordance with the recommendation of the Eegent, who is absent in Europe.
