59 Mr. Cobb and Mr. Lawrence were appointed a committee to prepare a memorial to the Legislature. On motion of Mr. Cunningham, Mr. Goltra was added to the committee. It was moved and seconded that the Board stand adjourned until the annual meeting. Carried. JONATHAN PER1AM, Recording Secretary.
