103 UNIVERSITY BUILDING, June 11£A, 1868 The Executive Committee met at 7 P. M. Present—Messrs. Quick, Cunningham, Goltra, VanOsdel, JPullen, Cobb, Mahan, and the Regent. Mr. Periam being absent, I. S. Mahan was chosen Secretary, pro tempore. Voted that the amount of freight charged by I. C. R. R. Co., for the transportation of the Regent's household goods^ is hereby donated to the Regent, amounting to $38. J. O. CUNNINGHAM was appointed a committee to examine the freight accounts of the past year, and report to this Committee. The REGENT made a verbal report in reference to warrants drawn for labor on grounds, in relation to the expenditure of $1500, and vouchers showing the expenditure of all but $426 55 ; also vouchers showing payment of the last named $126 55—all of which was referred to the Board of Trustees.
