Are you an animal lover? Then check out the Companion Animals Club. Members of this student organization promote responsible pet ownership and humane education as well as volunteering at animal rescue shelters.

veterinarians without Borders

Stock Pavilion Explore the international opportunities to volunteer with wildlife and conservation programs in developing countries. Students can travel abroad with Veterinarians Without Borders to learn about environmental and socioeconomic issues through cultural immersion.

The Illini Poultry Club

Stock Pavilion Come see what’s hatching at the Illini Poultry Club exhibit. Don’t miss the chance to see chicks hatch and touch a live chicken. Student members invite you to learn more about the poultry science industry including chickens, eggs and career possibilities.

Pre-vet Club

Stock Pavilion Interested in veterinary medicine? Let the Pre-Vet Club help you achieve your goals. From exploring the different fields within veterinary medicine to advice on vet school applications, this club offers social and academic support for pre-vet students.

Illini Dairy Club

Stock Pavilion Try milking a cow or feeling the inside of a live cow’s stomach at the Illini Dairy Club booth. Members of this student organization will share their expertise on dairy cattle and the dairy industry.

Illini Equestrians

Stock Pavilion Visit the Illini Equestrians booth to pet a horse and learn about horsemanship. Students will be on hand to answer your questions about Western and English riding. Members of the Illini Equestrians compete in the InterCollegiate Horse Show Association.

Animal Sciences “ The University of Illinois has endless opportunities to offer to students. I have been fortunate to travel to Jamaica, Brazil and ten different countries in Europe so far through study abroad trips/internships, all related to my Animal Science major.”

Stock Pavilion Our exhibit will feature information about Hoof and Horn activities. We will also have a bags toss and candy prizes. Come see what we are all about!
