Essentials for Eaters and Dieters Website First Floor, Bevier Hall Visit us in Bevier Hall and on the web! This exhibit showcases a website designed by James Scholar students to provide a reliable source of nutrition information. Their goal is to offer concise and practical eating advice to those interested in improving their diet and lifestyle. An ACES James Scholar project presented by Kathryn Mysko (Northbrook, IL). Dietary Treatment and Counseling of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) in College-Age Women First Floor, Bevier Hall Come view a poster display about current literature on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Learn the summary of a needs assessment conducted about educational materials on PCOS for college-age women in the Big Ten Conference and the Midwest. An ACES James Scholar project presented by Rachel Johanek (Champaign, IL). What makes a successful restaurant? First Floor, Bevier Hall Do you like eating at restaurants? This exhibit explores the essentials needed by restaurants and the people who run them in order to be successful. Compare their beliefs to scientific research and interviews with experienced professionals in the industry. An ACES James Scholar project presented by Allen J. Tran (Chicago, IL). Social Competence vs. Popularity First Floor, Bevier Hall Interested in learning more about kids? This study determined the relationship between social competence and popularity among preschool aged children. An ACES James Scholar project presented by Ashley Levit (Buffalo Grove, IL) & Alexis Gellar (Highland Park, IL).
