Every student of the University is, therefore, bound both by reason and b; loyalty to observe them, since upon them depends the free and healthy activity of the institution whose benefits he seeks. In connecting himself with the Univei ;ty, the stulent neither loses the rights nor escape the responsibilities of the citizen. 1.
