Evidently the younger graduates are not supporting the Association with as much interest as might be expected; also there are many of the older members who have never joined. Since the cost of the News Letter is defrayed from the annual memberships, an increase in income is desirable. Attention also is called to the report of the Chairman of the Endowment Committee in which Mr. Cleavinger explains that, owing to the prevailing low rates of interest, the capital sum of about $7,000 is yielding only enough for the \lumni Scholarship. It is desirable for more people to join as Lite Members so that this fund may have a slight margin to take care of any further lowering interest r*it(_**•* Two News Letters have been published. Several loans have been made to Students who would otherwise have been unable to finish the year. The record (n these loans is excellent, all having been repaid as they fell due. JOSIE B.
