If you have paid your 1934-35 dues, you have a right to feel complacent but do not let it rest there, help out by gettin? some one else to pay theirs. T H E ADAH PATTON MEMORIAL F U N D ] As a good many of the Alumni know, this memorial to Miss Pattern was started in 1932 under the auspices of the Library Club of the University Library to establish a fund for publishing in the general field of library science but especially in cataloging, classification and bibliography. In spite of the adverse economic conditions the fund has been growing | steadily and at the last meeting of the Library Club, the Memorial Fund Board reported that $1,521.38 had been received in gifts. Our Library School Alumni could undoubtedly provide much valuable | professional literature that would be worthy of publication, indeed the! bchool has several items on hand already if funds could only be found for their publication.
