14. Students Excusable by Petition For reasons other than those mentioned in paraaph 13, students to be excused from military or to ve their military work deferred, must first register for military and then submit a petition through the Headquarters of the Military Department to the Dean of Men for action. Petitions will be granted only for exceptional reasons. , FEES* . 15. Payable in Advance Fees assessed for any semester are due and payable in full when the student registers.

16. Students in Debt to the University A student who is in debt to the University at the end of any semester for fees or charges shall not be permitted to register in the University again, and shall not be entitled to receive an official statement of his credits from the Registrar, until his indebtedness has been discharged. 17- Late Registration Fee A late-registration fee of five dollars is charged of all former students registering later than the registration days.t A student is not registered until his fees are paid A student, therefore, who does not pay or arrange his fees on the registration days is charged the lateregistration fee. A study-list becomes invalid if not filed within one week after the date of its issue. 18. Refunds In case a student withdraws from a course or from the University during the first ten days of instruction, the total amount of his fees for the work dropped. except the matriculation fee, will he refunded.
