REPORT ON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR WATER RATES LITIGATION

(12) On July 25, 1951, the Board of Trustees authorized the employment, jointly with the cities of Urbana and Champaign, of an accounting firm and legal counsel to represent the three interests in hearings before the Illinois Commerce Commission on a request for increased water rates by the Northern Illinois Water Corporation.
