Mynard AY AY BY BY AY DY25 BY 8 000 7 500 7 500 5 750 6750 1 425 5 600 EXCHANGE OF LAND WITH MEDICAL CENTER COMMISSION Resolution WHEREAS, the real property legally described as "Sub Lot 4 in McKay's Resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 in the East half of Block 5 of the Assessor's Division of the East half of the South East quarter of Section 18, Township 39 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois," which property is further identified by Medical Center Commission as Parcel 6 : 1 , and is located at 1745 West Flournoy Street, Chicago, Illinois, has been acquired by and in the name of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois; and WHEREAS, title to said real property is now held in the name of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is the owner of said real property; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois desires to convey and transfer title to and full ownership of the above real property to Medical Center Commission, in consideration of the conveyance by Medical Center Commission to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois of the title to and ownership of the real property described as "Lot 8 and South 4 inches of Lot 7 in B. F . Hadduck's Subdivision of the East half of Block 5 in Assessor's Division of the East half of the South East quarter of Section 18, Township 39 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois," which property is further identified as Medical Center Commission Parcel 6:10, and is located at 718 South Hermitage Avenue, Chicago, Illinois; and WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois that the above exchange of real estate would be in the interest and advantage of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois; Now, THEREFORE, B E I T , AND I T I s HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois that the above real property owned by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, and known as Medical Center Commission Parcel 6:1, which is legally described as above, be conveyed by Quit-Claim Deed to Medical Center Commission in consideration of the simultaneous conveyance by said Medical Center Commission to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois of that certain real property owned by Medical Center Commission, and known as Medical Center Commission Parcel 6:10 and legally described above, provided said real property to be so conveyed from said Medical
