1062 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [March 14 Center Commission to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is free and clear of all encumbrances of every kind and character, including taxes and specfal assessments; and the President of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute such deed from the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, as grantor, to Medical Center Commission, as grantee, conveying said Parcel 6:1, as aforementioned, such act to be attested by the Recording Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois; and said Recording Secretary is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to affix the corporate seal of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to such deed, and to attest the act of the President of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois in executing the same, as aforesaid; and thereupon the President of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois shall deliver said deed last mentioned to Medical Center Commission upon receiving from it a conveyance of said Parcel 6:10, legally described above, free and clear of all encumbrances, including taxes and special assessments, as above. Certification I, H. E. Cunningham, hereby certify that I am the duly appointed Recording Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a body corporate and politic, created under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Illinois, and that as such Recording Secretary I am the keeper of the records of said the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. I do further certify that on March 14, 1950, the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, at its annual meeting duly called and held, duly adopted a certain Resolution, copy of which is hereto attached, and that such Resolution is now in full force and effect. I N W I T N E S S W H E R E O F , I have hereunto affixed my signature as Recording Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, and caused the corporate seal of said the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois to be hereto affixed this 14th day of March, 1950.
