FUTURE BOARD MEETINGS

President Clement reminded the Trustees that the next meeting of the Board will be held in Urbana on July 22, 1964, according to a schedule to be determined by the President and Secretary of the Board. Consideration was also given to a meeting in August. No action was taken but it was the consensus that August 19, the regular date, be tentatively considered for a meeting of the Board or of its Executive Committee if the amount and nature of the business requiring Board action at that time justifies a meeting. Mr. Williamson suggested that consideration be given to holding another meeting in the near future in the Dixon Springs area.
