A N N U A L REPORT OF T H E TREASURER (19) In accordance with the By-Laws of the Board of Trustees, the Treasurer of the University has submitted a report of receipts and disbursements of University funds in his custody for the period March I, 1958, to February 28, 1959, certified by the Comptroller. A copy of this report was sent to each member of the Board of Trustees prior to today's meeting, and a copy is filed with the Secretary of the Board. This report was received for record. EMPLOYMENT OF ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS Mr. Pogue reported that the Committee on Buildings and Grounds has considered the following recommendations from the President and other University officials for the employment of architects and engineers on University construction. Addition to Biology Building The firm of Richardson, Severns, Scheeler, and Associates, Champaign, on the building studies and design, and Shaw, Metz, and Dolio, Chicago, for the completion of plans and specifications. Mr. Ambrose Richardson has been employed for some time as consulting architect on campus planning for the University, and recently has been working in great detail on plans for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. This background will be helpful in the total planning on the addi-
