ACTING HEAD OF DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS (23) A recommendation that Dean H . W . Mumford be appointed Acting Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics, which was established by authority of the Board of Trustees on October 30, 1931 (Minutes, page 460), during so much of the two-year formative period as may be necessary to complete the organization of the department.
