•The State Appropriation for the fiscal year from July i, 1934, to July 1, 193s, .will be paid by the State Department of Agriculture on the salary of the county farm advisers following monthly certification for salary by the Director of Extension. T o be increased in June, 1935, if any balances are available due to unused salaries accruing from vacancies in the Extension Service. (This does not mean any increase in the salaries of the farm advisers, but an increase in the amount of the advisers' salary paid from federal funds,)
