On motion of Mr. Trees, it was voted to hold the annual meeting at 10 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 1933, at the Palmer House, in Chicago.

APPOINTMENTS MADE BY T H E PRESIDENT

The Secretary presented for record a list of appointments made by the President of the University.

Dreyer, Irving, Assistant in Medicine, in the Department of Internal Medicine, in the College of Medicine, for six months beginning March 1, 1933, without salary. (February 11, 1933)1 Mroz, Rudolph John, Instructor in Orthopedic Surgery, in the College of Medicine, beginning February 15, 1933, and continuing until September I, 1933, without salary. (February 14, 1933) Riser, Roy Otis, Assistant in Ophthalmology, in the College of Medicine, for seven months beginning February 1, 1933, without salary. (February 2, 1933) Scuderi, Carlo, Instructor in Surgery, in the College of Medicine, beginning February 15, 1933, and continuing until September 1, 1933, without salary. (February I I , 1933) Smith, Jean, Stenographer in the Agricultural Experiment Station, for seven months beginning February 1, 1933, a t a cash compensation a t the rate of one hundred dollars ($100) a month. (January 30, 1933)
