MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 28, 1932 The September meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 1932. The following members were present: President Barrett, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Hopkins, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees, Mr. Williams. President Chase was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of July 13, 1932. On motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 1 to 98 above. 99
