In consideration of the fact that Dr. and Mrs. Kinley are to leave certain articles of furniture and furnishings in the President's House for the use of Dr. and Mrs. Chase during the coming year, it is agreed that Dr. and Mrs. Kinley, on their return, and on the completion of the new President's house, are to have the use of furniture and furnishings belonging to the University and now in the house, and that these be considered part of the leased property. O n motion of M r . Armstrong, this interpretation was adopted.
