PATENTS M r . Barrett, for the Committee on Patents, presented two recommendations as follows: I. That the city of Decatur be permitted to use the Buswell sewage patents No. 1,838,474 and No. 1,838,475 without royalty. II. That the Niagara Sprayer and Chemical Company's permit to use the Flint patent be continued. O n motion of M r . Barrett, these recommendations were adopted.
