MEETING OF T H E B O A R D OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 3, 1930 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois w a s held at the Union League Club, in Chicago, at 12:30 p.m. o n M o n d a y , N o v e m b e r 3, 1930, pursuant to the following notice, which w a s sent out b y the Secretary o n October 29, 1930: On the call of the President, Mr. George A. Barr, a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois will be held at the Union League Club, in Chicago, at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 1930, to consider matters concerning the Chicago Departments and such business as the President of the University and the committees and officers of the Board may present, and such other business as may be duly presented.
