MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS N o v e m b e r 16, 1 9 2 8 The November meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9.30 a. m. on Friday, November 16, 1928. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: President Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Trees, Mr. Ward. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of October 26, 1928. O n motion of Mr. Trees, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 67 to 75 above. 77
