The following members were present: President Barr, M r . Armstrong, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, M r . Trees. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of April 9, 1930, and of the meeting of the Executive Committee of April 10, 1930. O n motion of M r . Trees, the minutes were approved and received for record as printed on pages 555 to 578 above. 579
