Barr Secretary President E X E C U T I V E C O M M I T T E E M E E T I N G , A P R I L 10, 1930 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 1930. M r . George A. Barr, Chairman, M r . Armstrong, and Mrs. Evans were present; also President Kinley. APPROPRIATION FOR B A C T E R I O L O G Y O n recommendation of President Kinley, and on motion of Mrs. Evans, the Executive Committee appropriated $2300 from the Reserve and Contingent Fund for the expense and equipment account of the Department of Bacteriology. The vote was unanimous, on roll call. C O M M I T T E E O N AGRICULTURE Mr. Barr announced his action appointing M r . Simpson to be chairm a n of the standing committee on Agriculture, designating Mrs. Grigsby to act as chairman until M r . Simpson's return from abroad, and designating Mrs. Evans to be the third member of this committee for the rest of the year. The Executive Committee adjourned. H. E. Cunningham Clerk George A.
