BAKER PRIZE FUND SECURITIES (17) A company, some of whose securities were included in the gift of Professor I. O. Morey, requests that the Comptroller and Secretary of the Board be authorized to enter into an agreement of stock-holders for and in behalf of the Board and to take other necessary steps in the premises. I recommend that Mr. Morey's request be approved and that the authority requested be given him and the Secretary of the Board. On motion of Mr. Trimble, this recommendation was approved. Riley, has written the Comptroller that Miss Sherfy will be unable to deliver the deed for something like twelve months because of a delay in beginning administrative proceedings on the estate of the other party who has an undivided half interest in the lot. I recommend that the contract be extended for one year, or such period of about that length, as may be necessary for the owner to perfect the title. On motion of Mrs. Ickes, this recommendation was approved. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPERTY BY WAR DEPARTMENT (20) Some days ago Colonel W. T.
