MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 15, 1925 The September meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at 10 o'clock a. m. (Chicago time) on Tuesday, September 15, 1925, at the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago. The following members were present: President Noble, M r . Armstrong, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Ickes, M r . Trees, M r . Wham. Provost K. C. Babcock, acting for the President of the University, was present; also Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect. MINUTES APPROVED The minutes of the meeting of July 28, 1925, were approved as printed on pages 289 to 379 above. 381
