MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS December 13, 1 9 2 4 The December meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 a. m., on Saturday, December 13, 1924. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, Mr. Trees, Mr. Trimble. O n motion of Mr. Trees, Mr. Trimble acted as Chairman until President Noble arrived. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of November 15, 1924, and of the adjourned session of November 22, 1924. The minutes were approved as printed on pages 113 to 120 above. 121
