MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES —OF THE— UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS April 12, 1922 The April meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at 10 o'clock a. m. on Wednesday, April 12, 1922, at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago. President Abbott, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs, Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Hoit, and Dr. Noble were present. President Kinley was present; also, during part of the day, Professor J. C. Blair, Dean A. C. Eycleshymer, and Mr. Richard E. Schmidt, of the firm of Schmidt & Garden, Architects. M I N U T E S APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of March 14, 1922. On motion of Mrs. Evans, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 167 to 179 above. 181
