DOCUMENTS IN T H E BOARD FILES (12) A list of documents in the files of the Secretary of the Board of Trustees. T h e Secretary was authorized to print a list of the more important of these documents and to distribute the others among the files of the appropriate years, and was directed to continue to keep a convenient and thoro calendar of all papers in his possession. GOLF CLUB DUES (13) A recommendation that the dues of the University Golf Club for the summer session be fixed at two dollars. This recommendation was approved. S M I T H SCHOLARSHIP FOR MISS HAZEL MILLER (14) A request from Captain Thomas J. Smith that Miss Hazel Miller be' granted a Smith Scholarship in Music for the coming academic year. On motion of M r s . Evans, this request was complied with and the scholarship was granted, UNIVERSITY EXEMPT FROM STATE PRINTER LAW (15) A letter from the Secretary of the Board enclosing an opinion of Attorney General Brundage to the effect that the University is not subject to the State^ Superintendent gf Printing.
